    • Assignment: students to review a short scene (to be provided) and prepare a brief analysis for review

    • Discussing sample libraries and their use in modern media music (overview discussion), hybrid scoring, use in sound design

    • Looking at some recent examples of great film/tv scoring, and relating these to students’ work

    • Sound design vs. Composing - how they differ and where they overlap
